The organization provided competitive salary and benefits package and invested in my leadership including providing the opportunity for me to shape my position, make decisions and grow in my role.

Cons

As with many nonprofits, you are sometimes pulled in multiple directions, challenged with Board engagement, and subject to annual funding.
