Pros
They provide a great show and smokescreen upon hire.
Cons
They pay is a con for unprofessional treatment you may encounter. All executives and management are unprofessional. This company leans into Florida's "At Will" status too much and will even state it when releasing employees, especially when they know they haven't got cause to do so.
