Pros
Majority of colleagues were lovely, mainly those who weren't senior leadership. When the work ramps up, there is a big team work element and no one is left behind. Very sociable culture, so great for newbies.
Cons
Unfortunately they have a notorious male predator at the agency who preys on young women, especially new joiners. He's part of senior leadership so RUN AWAY as they all brush this under the carpet. Despite 3 separate incidents occurring. The pay here isn't great either and negotiating raise is difficult. No external training opportunities or great career progression, no added benefits as they're a small company. Can sometimes be a bros culture and definitely needs to work on diversity, it's non-existent here.
