Pros

Generally good culture. Ability to work remote

Cons

Work-Life balance isn’t great and no avenues provided to improve. They don’t reward long time employees or allow salary adjustments - instead allowing external hires to join teams making significantly more than their internal counterparts. Bonuses are no longer guaranteed even if financials and performance exceed metrics. The structure does not support excellent performance but rather is random selection subjective to a group of people hand picking nominations

Pros

Kelly Anywhere program allows employees to work from anywhere. Tons of flexibility in that regard.

Cons

Tons of recent layoffs and a lot of operations and client service is getting offshored, making things challenging for both employees and clients. Seems like they'll cut anywhere they can to get the stock price to go up a few cents.
