Pros

Pros, depends on individual choices. The level of satisfaction in life is inversely proportional to happiness at Ken Research. In brief, there are no pros.

Cons

It is the worst company to work with. It is not an over exaggeration, but the bitter truth. You join the company believing that you would be trained and provided with advanced tools but all shatters in a couple of days. Day 1: you get to read a report and your new title is assigned ( no training, you are assumed to be a zombie who is ready to take orders) Day 2: Cameras are observed and 15 employees are diplomatically handled and their every activity is kept track of. Day 3: If your 1 hour break exceeds by a few minutes you are expected to compensate for lost minutes. I would mention that the company is never satisfied and always asks for unrealgoals. You are paid not a penny for overtime and weekends, if working would not be compensated for. It's a scrutiny on one's life and a bad experience. The company uses legal methods and as per the one sided offer letter, they will do all they can to extract the 3 months salary while Your 7 day salary would be held. They provide negative feedbacks and themselves approach the new employer of their employees, sorry ex-employees and play evil. It's a sad company. In brief keep it simple and a big NO to this organisation. Management needs to develop a spine and learn how a company functions.

Pros

There are so few employees in a decade-old company that you get to learn a lot and explore new industries during your research. But that is about it apart from the learning there is nothing much offered by the organization.

Cons

1. Basics are missing - Delay in salary is such a common thing that people are surprised when it hits the account in time. No pantry, no proper leave system, no regard to employees need. 2. Sacrifices are expected from the employees but when the employee needs support he is told to think from the companies perspective. Working on weekends and stretching late into the night is common but sadly you don't get any overtime and not even compensatory offs are given for weekend work. 3. Subjective behavior on the whim and fancy of the CEO. Actually, he is more of a hostel warden rather than a CEO. If you are discussing something with a colleague he will start pacing around the floor to make you aware and in some cases brings his laptop to sit right behind the employees. Takes the entire team to a lunch and then disappears when its time to pay the bill. You don't expect such behavior from the CEO of any organization. 4. Sexist hiring policies and behavior. No female employee has been around for more than a year and if you are married then you are asked if you are planning to have kids to decide if they should hire you or not. 5. No clarity on HR policies and no documentation available. Every time you interact with the HR team something different is explained, whether its for leaves, bonus or anything else. There is no clarity amongst the management. 6. No focus on employee retention and engagement from the organization. They will take you out for a movie once a month and that is it. No other activities or policies to retain employees is in place. Major reason why no one sticks around for Overall a horrible environment exists within the environment. When leaving even 15mins early means you have to spend another 1 hour the next day to 'compensate' you know that the organization is not going to grow into an industry benchmark.
