The people I worked with were friendly, supportive, and willing to help each other. Colleagues were the strongest aspect of the company.
Cons
Low pay, poor communication, and a stressful work environment. Work often felt disorganized and reactive rather than well planned, with limited communication and guidance from management. Employees were expected to take on increasing responsibilities, and "promotions" did not always appear to be accompanied by meaningful salary increases. Many colleagues seemed overworked and under significant pressure. Communication from HR lacked accountability and follow-through.
