Very low salaries and no annual adjustment, for the majority of the positions you need to be on-site 3 days/week and you have 20 days per year you can stay at home. Career progression is very slow or non-existent. Benefits exist but they are ridiculous. You pay a lot for multisport and the additional health insurance is paid by the employee.
