      Terrible Place to Work!

      Pros

      They did believe in a work/life balance so overtime was never really expected. Also, the CEO made an effort to know the employees (i.e. call on birthdays) but it never trickled down to the people that you work with daily.

      Cons

      Simply an awful place to work! Low pay and terrible atmosphere. Career progression opportunities were promised but never fulfilled. Key members of staff treated others disrespectfully. For some reason, it was deemed acceptable for managers to shout at their employees and write scathing emails. Soul destroying!

      Pros

      You get to travel and can work flexible hours.

      Cons

      The company pretends to be family oriented. They are “yes” pleasers with NO added value for clients. The fired employees while pregnant and for other disgusting reasons. The pay the worst salaries and make people work on too many things at once. Most employees have worked there for too long and only know Kenes and have no other experience or expertise. Everyone blames everyone. The company is full of drama and terrible politics.

      Pros

      The work was interesting with opportunities to research a wide variety of medical specialties and societies. The goal of the company is very hopeful and, with the right execution, could have a positive affect on many peoples lives

      Cons

      I quickly realized that my opinion didn't matter and the only thing that did was getting reports out as quickly as possibly, often at the sake of quality and personal sanity.
