And many times female and male employees have faced blasting from him on the floor in front of everyone, he doesn’t even care people are on customer calls or client meetings. Anirudh, company is built with empathy and respect for the people who work for it. Taking care of their wellbeing at the job should be a prior importance, because it's them who make money for you. Your behaviour towards female employees and making them cry on the floor doesn’t make you any manly.

tech, coding very degraded. u will feel u r doing college project. senior people taking huge packages, but Not at all interested to help. juniors not interested to solve their own bugs. Customer care people tells customer to talk to CEO. I mean seriously. fake plans. once u buy after that they will start finding unnecessary mistakes in your bill.  HR is not qualified. junior people give reviews for senior people. seriously.  everyone on tech team is scared and trying to leave.
