      Pros

      For being my first job out of college; it was a great learning experience to see what kind of company I would never want to work for.

      Cons

      Welcome back to 1980. This is a company that has absolutely no process or procedures; it was a disorganized mess and incapable of keeping up with the times. Stuck in their old antiquated ways of doing everything. The owner is a nightmare of a women.

      Kenneth Crosby is a friendly place to work. Everyone is very team oriented and is willing to jump in and learn something new. You will never be bored! There is always an opportunity to increase knowledge and move forward.
