Pros
I was allowed to make the changes necessary to turn years of loss and thievery into a profitable company. My predecessors and crew had no idea how to run a company, unless it was theft and graft. There was like t of mistrust by the owners, tenants, staff and maintenance team, vendors and others in trying t right the ship and make sure this company was nobody's gravy train, and there was no more gravy.
Cons
Non-trust of everybody, computers bugged, firings, firings and more firings. It appeared no matter what, sooner later, adios. Terrible vacation and holiday schedules seemingly comprised or rewritten every year.
