      Pros

      Excellent Health Benefits, Great location, professional but business casual dress code, very positive environment among the employees and middle management. Strong diversity in the workplace. Very nice products.

      Cons

      Senior Management could benefit from Leadership skills, respectful & appreciative attitudes towards all employees. No flexible work schedules. PTO Program is awful, you don't start gaining PTO until 6 months of employment.

      The owner and upper management have no clue, every single month the owner comes in and for a week sit in meetings only to implement yet another failed plan of action. They have no clue how to manage, no training its a sink or swim mentality and upper management will not back you up. They hired a president 10 months later fired. Tenure people stick around as this is all they know, new people come in and are shocked. The owner is looking to sell so who knows where they will be in the next year or so. If you can avoid this place would be in your best interest.
