Management do not know how to manage, they fell into their roll and do not have any people skills. They talk about other staff members personal information in front of others. There is no recognition for anything, staff moral is at its lowest, no one cares about the staff and they offer no incentives for staff. Change the management and you might have a good company, with a strong workforce.

Absolutely everything ! Shot down for using initiative , managers and supervisors speak to everyone like garbage (unless you are in the clique). Department head would give entirely different accounts of information in front of other people just to make you look bad. Letter of concerns handed to everyone for every single reason imagined ..... Team manager is a bully who would constantly shout and manipulate everything you would say (which I am taking further). If you are looking for a career , please avoid this place and do not apply , there is a reason that there is a high turnover of staff.
