      The salary was good and benefits fair.

      Cons

      The management consists of friends of the owners and people from around Muscatine. The time I spent at Kent was incredibly stressful and left a lasting impact. They don't evaluate on performance, they just want yes men that back up excuses. There are also almost no women or minorities in upper management.

      Went in for an interview...previous background of mill work, certifications, OSHA certifications, heavy equipment operation...etc. Management seemed desperate for hard workers who show up...didn't hire me. Waste of time and breath. Must not want anyone with credible work background. Been looking for a steady job to get out of Merchandise field.
