I witnessed a capable employee moved fast but those incompetent old birds who could not catch up backstabbed... And it happens every other day... Incompetent old birds‘ jobs are secured, but yours. Good to be there to kill time, but not to expect a career. I ever wanted to serve for many years, but it ended up early...
