Extremely underpaid and very discriminated company. They select certain stereotypes & favor youngsters, people who got promoted are the ones who did the least amount of job. Zero accountabilities, no one knows what they are doing, HR is a joke and too busy taking office buddies pictures. The company only cares about how to look good on the outside despite corrupted inside. Nepotism is a huge issue, think about CEO's children are directors of IT and Customer Service, none has management experience, good luck! Managers have high ego and easily offended with feedbacks, classic examples of child managers. Company has very high turn over rate, people join for the hype of it and when they figured out it's all nonsense, they quit to save their souls.
