Good salary if you bargain well, else you will be slave.
Cons
Worst management ever Don't give experience letter Worst policy 10% salary deduction every month in name of training & development. Even HR don't provides salary breakup letter too. HR team don't listen to employee never replay to your query. No financial growth No proper increment and promotion.
