      good knowledgeable and nice co-workers not too much bureaucracy work from home management is not petty in terms of your evaluating your efforts, they look at the bigger picture

      Cons

      legacy product with questionable architectural patterns some learning curve for internal tool (but not too difficult if you have the basics right) additional perks like gratuity or home-office setup not available
