      A good local BPO company that offers acceptable compensation and flexible shift choices

      • Above average salary, and has some medical benefits • Allows for both collaborative and solo tasks • Manageable workload, and has some flexibility with to adjust dues as long as it's within reason and is justified • You can get assigned to different shift even if the client you are assigned to is in a different timezone. Totally not a bad thing~ OvO • Friendly • Allowed me to work remotely, since I am quite far from their only HQ

      • Above average salary, but still lower than my previous. • You can get assigned to different shift even if the client you are assigned to is in a different timezone. • Only 1 office headquarters and it's in Manila.
