Pros
One of the better managed DSPs at DIN4 from what I can tell. They have performance standards and if you are a high producing driver you’ll get rewarded for it accordingly.
Cons
Seemingly high turnover in management, especially HR, standards are high but as a result are somewhat unrealistic at times. Taking breaks can potentially mean not getting done on time (even if it’s not really possible) and losing then out on consistent work as a result but this is probably unique to this company.
