      There are no pros in this organisation..only you will waste your time.

      There is only one person who is dictating the terms in the organisation. Authoritarian culture. No planning. Everything was adhoc and everything they wants today. Huge working pressure Zero Work life balance They will not pay the variable amount Continuously looking for new investor for the funding. No one is interested in building the company
