      Get to work with toys.

      Cons

      TONS of bad ideas being implemented on a daily basis. Bad decisions are tolerated and entertained constantly. Lack of resources, know-how, and talented people. Business model of basically selling popular toys wholesale. These toys won't be popular forever. This company lacks innovation, thoughtful ideas, and experience. Don't expect to be treated respectfully at this company, especially if you are a woman, and don't expect this company to be around for very long. Don't be seduced, this company is NOT your next career move.

      Where to begin... KidFocus suffers from a clear lack of management and leadership skill. Direction, and the way forward, are ambiguous and ever-changing. The future for this company is cloudy. This is a top-down problem. Senior management lacks the experience and know-how to really succeed. The wisdom that comes from years of experience in sales and business development cannot be made up for in financial capital. Stop throwing good money at bad ideas.
