The management is truly awful, as the management team has no experience in dealing with foreigners and organising somebody's work properly. They oblige foreign teachers to lie about their origin in case the latter aren't native speakers (and they never are). Delayed payments and forced unpaid days off can take place from time to time, too. Last months of working in the company are particularly challenging, because they can just deduct your last salaries (up to two) and refuse to give you necessary papers to smoothly transition to another workplace in China. The boss is very insecure and extremely difficult to deal with. Until you get your visa, she's all very sweet and nice, but the moment you're in their power, they start deducting money from your salary (nothing is mentioned in the contract about that) and abusing you in all possible ways. Besides, she cannot come up with a proper answer/explanation to whatever ideas she has and is not willing to compromise. Definitely the experience I wouldn't recommend anyone to have.
