      Flexible scheduling, which was perfect for being a college student Super fun and active job where you get to work directly with kids Lots of independence during sessions and trust from supervisors Great experience building leadership, communication, and classroom-management skills Supportive staff and simple onboarding/training process

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit higher for the amount of energy required Seasonal hours can vary depending on school schedules Some locations had limited supplies or equipment Lots of driving between sites (depending on the area) Not many opportunities for long-term growth unless moving into management
