Pros
There are not much pros to work here, except the following: -Direct Deposit Convenient location Lot of Jewish holidays ( good for full-time) Friday early closing
Cons
There’s very small family business. Besides of the family members ( 4 brothers, father and grandfather), they have a front desk girl, 1 designer who’s responsible for everything from tech, art, fitting, etc. to bulk production, and Art Director. It’s so stressful environment. The owners are rude yelling all day long to each other, and employees. The pay is unbeatable low, and no benefits.
