Kilol fabrics is a brand now in market , but I had very bad experience with them .
They are cutting salary if sombody coming even one minute late . They are cutting half day salary for even one minute late.
They are saying it a corporate company but it is not.
Every creative is they are doing is based on the taste of owner and it is a family business run ed by two husband wife.
There is no employees choice if desginer working there they can't even use there creative s because company director is her self is a creative person and using desginer as she wants to use then they are not into cooperate atmosphere they have even very bad atmosphere in the desgin stodio there .
They are liking desginer who are saying always yes to employer and owner.
They are not liking people thinking for benifits of company.
