      Pros

      The management encourages staff to be independent thinkers and creative. The onboarding of new members is professional and one easily gets assimilated in the company's culture.

      Cons

      The company's hasn't fully embraced e-commerce and social media marketing. As a company that deals with stationery and office wares the marketing department is underfunded.

      Great walk in customers in fun areas of the city. Work with awesome artwork. Opportunities to improve and advance and learn new skills. Earn the respect of management and will be treated very well.

      Some customers are a challenge.
