Pros
1) great for Learning as there is no senior members in KT to help you. 2) Great place to improve your english as you need to attend meaningless night calls from U.S. I have seen people not able to open mouth at time of freshers are presently able to speak atleast grammatically incorrect english.Thanks to night calls!!
Cons
Have a practise to get used to with arrogant behaivour of your colleagues.Have practise to tolerate people with no knowledge to boss on you. Right from H.R to your Team Lead all are under qualified for the job. By god grace they relative of boss that's why they are in company , now they are thinking that they are the boss. These under qualified people can blame you any time for poor delivery of project , hence my advise please don't rely on anyone.First of all by giving 2-3 times interview they will not give you offer letter. your Team Lead will will give you task( without letting you know, that you are under watch) on your first day and will judge you, will report about your performance.If you fail to do task then forget about offer letter. You will never be able to understand the requirement of the task as not all the information is provided to you at very first time of requirement gathering.Understanding issue persists , followed by complains against you to H.R(marketing people).Talking about infrastructure which is not so great but disturbing thing is toilets are pathetic. Top of that there is special liablity people with no work to come at any time and take any holidays without any mail but you have to be punctual otherwise money will be deducted from salary which is always late. Last but not the least beware of the blame game which you will face live very soon.Career wise not a good choice.Don't let marketing morons to boss on you

Pros would be I can say, When I started here, I learned a lot from my team and I developed myself as an employee. I always find opportunity window while working in KT to explore my skills and knowledge in real time. Not like other company where no one gives a second to know you or your knowledge to use in real things. I got an opportunity to lead and use my creativity in my work, also I went out of my comfort zone and got to explore work on different projects which made me more confident.
Cons
I do not agree with the above review.I do agree that being a start-up there are few challenges which the company needs to work on. Initially, it is very challenging to adjust to the fast working environment but gradually you learn everything and develop yourself into it.
