      Disorganized leadership leads to overworked employees

      Pros

      So disorganized, many people are able to get away with doing less than their job. Everyone is so overworked that nobody is supervising. Somewhat reasonable work-life balance.

      Cons

      Leadership is extremely disconnected and continuously make decisions that do not work for the people doing the work. Even when leaders have admitted that we are not following the plan, we continue to go the same direction. Everyone is so overworked and underpaid. Leadership is so political, every executive is a buddy of another one, and they make decisions based on what they want instead of taking any time whatsoever to think about how it will affect everyone. Our products are terrible, we have a small team of developers on 10 or more products at the same time, we don't have time to do things right.

      They have some amazing benefits if you work in office.

      Cons

      The employment culture is extremely toxic and they are also very money driven. The environment is also very discriminatory against females.
