Work hard and show up on time or even early? U get passed over. Tell them your over-worked with how much there putting on ur plate? Too bad if your not a favorite. When u tell them that your over-worked they just add more. Get ready 2 also take the blame anytime something isn't done right if your not the favorite. Even all the proof in the world doesn't matter it will still b ur fault and not the favorite's. Are u an expert in something? Better b ready 2 not b asked or completely ignored. Do you do good work? Don't expect 2 b recognized or given a raise for it. Have an idea? Better let the favorite take the credit.
