- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Kinetic will bring you on even if you have no experience. They also offer ITIL training, which is a great cert for newcomers to the IT field. Colleagues are generally cool and agreeable.
Cons
Very poor pay. System to get pay raises is built in such a way as to prevent any significant pay increase. Your contributions will be downplayed in your salary review. A lot of your colleagues will be unskilled people who were seemingly hired off the street. You have to push hard for the aforementioned ITIL training. There are only a handful of training sessions available every year, each of which has a max of 15 participants. Very easy to miss out. Upper Management will always prioritise the needs of the business above yours. A colleague had to continue WFH due to family health - management acquiesced but not without constantly fighting and pressuring him to come into the office all the way. Your manager will accommodate you but will be beholden to upper management.
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
good company to work for
Cons
good company to work for most of the time
