I have been working at Kinetic IT full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Great place to study as you work, to upskill and work with like-minded teammates. - Quarterly work functions/social events to relax (and enjoy an open bar) - Reimbursement for successful attempts of IT exams.

    Cons

    - Like most will tell you in the company, everyone knows that they are working for less money than other places, but the people are friendly, management is decent, and the opportunity and support to study is encouraged by everyone.

I worked at Kinetic IT full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Working in WA is the best. East coast accounts not as good. WA has retained the great original culture but this is missing elsewhere. The WA Christmas party is good too. Tho its not as good as it used to be. There are some great people there and some of my closest friends. All from WA where the culture shows in the people and the hires.

    Cons

Promotion rules are awful for those being promoted unless it's right by their anniversary and appraisal otherwise Salaries are a long way off market on east coast and fighting to get your staff appropriate raises is difficult. There are very few benefits/perks which is so odd for a company that promotes its company culture. Things that wouldn't cost them anything such as group discounts at gyms or insurances etc. Compared to companies that are rated as great places to work this is a very odd thing.
