      Staff not good special team leader very bad person

      HR is good but staff is not that good

      Cons

      I was there for 2 month as export assistant they told me they will guide me but it didn't happen as fresher they took me lot for pressure but I handle but team leader is not good he is very smart for throwing pressure without any reason so working condition is overall very difficult because his attitude

      Nothing at all. Just toxicity!

      Cons

      Management is illiterate and doesn't value or respect their employees. Senior managers fight with employee inside office like they're in fish market. They enjoy disrespecting employee in front of whole office. Everything.. Disgusting management only cares about their profit and doesn't value employee. No Career growth So many salary deductions No proper documentation provided They disrespect people in front of whole office. Toxic culture.. Kinda government office environment. Very toxic!
