Nepotism, nepotism, nepotism...need i say more??
The pay scale for what you do is not only not comparable to similar jobs in the country, because you have to live in south florida (where the cost of living is so much higher) it makes it impossible to survive for long unless you have family support.
While Tien Lowe is a great person to work for and learn from, there are too many others in "power" that prevent employees from becoming all that they can be.
