King is losing itself to the Microsoft/ money making machine. The thought for staff has almost vanished, and despite them throwing money at the teams in terms of perks, the general feeling is a very glum one. Teams are burning out, and no matter how many re-orgs they make, they don't seem to listen to the teams on how to improve efficiency over their desire to make more money.
The DE&I teams have been stripped clean and now more of a token than a functioning part of the culture.
