      overworked, internal inefficiency, micro management at all senior levels. Safety is a check box, not involved in projects.

      Pros

      Great community support in Saskatchewan & Manitoba. Have wonderful volunteer and community donation programs.

      Cons

      It seems leads can't make decisions, just too many heads that don't have any authority so employees are just floundering waiting for someone to answer them or give direction. Super unorganized and frustrating company to work for.
