Though no company is perfect, however, this company is rubbish. The turnover rate for this company is rocket high. They hire managerial staff but don’t empower them to do their job. Do not trust their employees. The number of unnecessary LONG LONG meetings is crazy. Forcing staff to do stuff that is illegal. If you are not afraid of being implicated in legal cases, you can consider joining the company. Losing talented staff & managers due to their impotent way of management. Decisions made are like Prata, flipping here and there. Always going back on their own words. If possible i will not give a single ratings for all the components below.

Management has no respect for the employees’ time and expects employees to fork out unreasonable hours for work, especially for fruitless meetings. If you enjoy working under a micro-managing and indecisive management, go ahead and join them. I assure you’ll have a rollercoaster ride where you’ll end up losing your health, sanity and dignity. You’ll also lose your personal connections with external vendors as this place will make you ask for unreasonable demands. If you’re coming from an MNC, you’ll be highly uncomfortable in this environment where their vision, goals, and execution don’t match. They hire employees not to hear of their professional experience but to make them their minions. The structure here is non-existent. Decisions change at whim as and when they wish, with no reasonable explanation at all. If you’ve never experience having your boss plotting against you, this is the place to try it out. They also listen to external parties more than the staff they hire; ironic. Be sure to be bombarded. Good luck.
