great coworkers, but huge turnover due to inexperienced leadership

i love my coworkers, everyone is very passionate about the mission

inexperienced leadership with poor decision making skills, pretty much all senior/exec leadership have left in the last year. no transparency in giving feedback/receiving feedback at the company. everyone is overworked.

Paid well, but loved to remind you of it....

My mental health deteriorated so quickly at this role. Leadership is hot/cold and actively works to set you up and sabotage you, and pit people against each other. I left and needed a lot of time to get back to being myself.
