Pros

Nice office environment. Challenging projects. Break rooms are stocked with food.

Cons

Poor work life balance. NY office tends to juggle PM’s from job to job. The staff is not growing with the pace of the work program and there is high turnover. Seems like a very polished outfit when interviewing. Jobs are taken very tight putting PM’s in a hole from get go, and there are too many hands in the pot.

Great People to work with, compensation and benefits are above average for a company in the Hudson Valley. Opportunity for growth within the Consigli Company's. Jobs are challenging and the technology is far beyond the competitors in the area. Great place to work.

Cons

The company expects you to work longer then normal hours during busy seasons, Company is growing beyond the Hudson Valley and requires you to commute, but has office in Albany that you can work out of.
