Very welcoming environment, yet still competitive. Many social outings are scheduled to interact with employees outside of the workplace. Some nice company "gear" too!

Long hours, but this is standard to the industry. Early morning and later afternoons. Leading up to deadlines can be stressful, but and overall good job that changes day to day.

Shining, relatively polished corporate environment. Initially feels like you are part of something pretty great. Many employees are very friendly and helpful, they will make you feel welcome and invited.

The culture is deceptive. The unspoken but pressured expectation is that you must work however long and hard it takes to fulfill ridiculous expectations. Work expectations are easily 10 hour days and more travel and long hours than they are up front about. They pay relatively well, but if you want to advance you have to take it. Leadership is inept at times and since the corporate take over by Consigli they have ruined the community relations and family oriented company culture that made this company great and gave it an awesome reputation. Even if you do advance it is at too great a cost to live a whole and healthy lifestyle for all but genuinely natural workaholics.
