The office space is Nice.

Cons

Comparable to a High School - Clicky and cliche - only football players and cheerleader need apply. If your not in the cool crowd, you won't fit in and you'll be pushed aside. Senior Executive Team lacks diversity. Most positions for women are lower level with mid level titles to keep them out of the Executive chambers. Will not bid just to get the job, in desperate need of SOP, work flow analysis, and restructuring. Too much ego on the exec team, and it is skewing the promoted mission conveyed to their employees.

Pros

Nice office environment. Challenging projects. Break rooms are stocked with food.

Cons

Poor work life balance. NY office tends to juggle PM’s from job to job. The staff is not growing with the pace of the work program and there is high turnover. Seems like a very polished outfit when interviewing. Jobs are taken very tight putting PM’s in a hole from get go, and there are too many hands in the pot.
