Pros

Staff is great and hard working

Cons

High employee turnover, leading to an unstable work environment. Lack of structured leadership and managerial accountability. Minimal opportunities for career advancement or professional development. Inconsistent policies and unclear expectations for employees. Operational inefficiencies create unnecessary stress for staff and impact guest experience. BEWARE Prospective employees should carefully evaluate the work culture and leadership dynamics before accepting a position. A high turnover rate and ongoing operational challenges suggest that long-term career growth opportunities may be limited. If I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have bothered. Executives are not qualified and friends of the CEO.

Fast-Paced Growth with Ownership Opportunities

Pros

Great location, office and path to growth.

Cons

The company's fast-paced growth creates exciting opportunities, but it also requires employees to take on multiple roles beyond their job title. It's not ideal for those seeking a traditional 9-5 with a strictly defined scope, but it's a great fit for those eager to take ownership, grow with the business, and gain experience at a scale uncommon in larger corporate firms.

Pros

The location is absolutely lovely.

Cons

I had the unfortunate experience of working under Alex, who constantly reminisces about his time at Fox and brags of his degree in marketing. He undermines the contributions of other departments, believing that marketing and sales are the sole backbone of the business. This organization is his personal project, and unless you’re a family member or a general manager of one of the hotels, expect to be treated poorly. There’s no respect for work-life balance, and you’ll be forced to wear many hats while your labor is exploited. He even asks employees to handle personal errands for him. Alex is also incredibly disrespectful toward his staff, frequently cussing and belittling employees. His management style is demeaning, and I’ve had coworkers express how much they dread interacting with him due to his condescending tone and behavior. The glowing reviews and images you see online? They’re fabricated. Alex is relentless in removing any negative content to maintain a false reputation. Additionally, the hotels are falsely marketed as 4-star establishments. In reality, they are filled with cheap furniture and subpar construction work—far from what you’d expect from a true 4-star property. If you value a respectful and supportive work environment, look elsewhere. This is not the place for you.
