      Pros

      Always busy and have something to do. Plenty of kind staff always trying to help each other. Management helps out a lot

      Cons

      No downtime for servers to take breaks longer than 10-15 minutes between double shift.

      Detached leadership

      Pros

      The Food is great, the restaurants are nice and have a happy and loyal regular base.

      Cons

      The leadership is detached and as a manager you are expected to table touch and only table touch. This is not a good restaurant to showcase your skills, or even learn new ones. No growth.
