      Pros

      Teammates are mostly friendly and helpful. Tasks are challenging and enjoyable.

      Cons

      Faulty management. Snacks and foods are very poor and of low quality. No team party and tries to cost optimize on silly things like office equipment.

      Worst Management Imbalance work vs life Imbalance income compared to the work load No Recognition of your hardwork No tour, no health benefit, no bonuses Apparently you won’t even get festival bonus on your first year. Management shows their worst phase during increment period. Negotiates like garments market.
