Your own company doesn't recognize your worth even if the client does, so it doesn't matter whether you work hard or not Lots of favouritism in line with the previous line, so your productivity does not matter. If you want to be promoted be good at sucking the founders' balls They hire unprepared people (therefore cheaper) for hard positions, resulting in constant layoffs and rotation.
