Pros
Great products that are easy to be enthusiastic about and recommend to customers. The products and customer experience were the best parts of the job.
Cons
Inexperienced management with a clear lack of leadership and people-management skills. Excessive micromanagement created an atmosphere of distrust and constant pressure. Personal frustrations and emotions were often brought into the workplace, which negatively affected staff morale and increased stress levels. Poor communication, inconsistent decision-making and a lack of accountability made day-to-day work unnecessarily difficult. Many issues could have been avoided with proper management training and support.
