Management does not share anything about how the company is progressing or what the actual goals are. In general management is very disconnected from the actual science and what it is like for the people working in the lab only asking to see results never showing interest in what it's actually like to do some of the work. On top of that the technology is inherently dangerous to work with and while they talk about how much they care about safety they never though through how to safely do any of the research with hydrogen gas. They do not plan and I believe they misrepresent research to potential investors.

very low pay, micromanagement and poor management in general
