      Coworkers on the same level as position are great in my team

      Don’t work in the contact centre in Hastings Toxic work culture from higher ups, nothing is kept private Bullying Condescending to staff when justifying increase worked load Micromanagement with on/off queue times, toilet breaks, breaks etc Unrealistic work load as business looks to double customer base by 2030.
