      Pros

      Prior ownership/management were excellent until most of them were either let go or left because of culture

      Cons

      Overhead employees are extremely stressed at all times. Executives push for new businesses to be integrated to Kleen-Techs portfolio without any hesitation, this leads to undermanned departments and employees stretched incredibly thin. The lack of leadership at Kleen-Tech is transparent as they can't keep high level personal.

      Hands down the most shady company I worked for.

      Pros

      Solo work, ability to listen to music.

      Cons

      Underhanded tactics, poor customer service, horrible disregard for injuries. They also do not care about the customer that you are cleaning for. As was proven by the disregard for my needs for cleaning supplies, I ran out and was unable to reach my supervisor etc to get supplies in.
