      Ok salaries, good equipment, ok benefits

      Cons

      Heavy micromanagement, treating us as machines, very noisy office with zero understanding from management (it's like working in an UBahn station). Inexperienced people managers!! Zero work/life balance! Not engineers/developer friendly environment

      The colleagues are very friendly. They are not very strict about working hours and the system is lenient.

      Cons

      My boss was not that friendly, she was a bit strict and she wanted everything on time which was said and would also text me outside my working hours.
