One of the things I really appreciate is Klever’s relatively high proof-of-concept (POC) to production rate—largely thanks to a thoughtful discovery phase that includes extensive discussions with the stakeholders around the viability and sustainability of projects. That rigor makes a big difference.

Like any high-growth company, things move fast and priorities can shift quickly. Personally, I find the pace energizing, but it can sometimes lead to ambiguity or shifting direction. That said, Klever fosters an environment where cross-team communication is proactive, which helps mitigate those challenges.
Access to the best marketing technologies on the market. Beautiful office; fully glass windowed with incredible view on the Mount-Royal. People are knowledgeable, dynamic and fun to be around. A lot of small perks like free snacks, paid commute passes, free lunch on Tuesday and more.

Again, fast paced environment, so many things to learn as the industry is progressing constantly.
